§         We strive to identify solutions to complex problems.  Many years of field experience and academic exposure has taught us that a solution must be simple and capable of being developed into a long range routine to be effective.

§         In the support of Legal Consulting, SMEI personnel will testify as a Fact Witness to support a (SMEI conducted) failure study; SMEI does not function as `professional' expert witnesses (to pontificate about a subject, per se).
